Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Requirements<\/h3>
What You Bring:<\/b>
<\/p>- 5+ years of experience in a senior quant/trading role, with a focus on market making and algorithmic trading in digital assets.
<\/li> - Familiarity with order book dynamics, execution algorithms, and market microstructure.
<\/li> - A proven track record of developing high -frequency and low latency trading strategies.
<\/li> - Previous experience with market making in digital assets (e.g., cryptocurrencies), including handling illiquid markets and optimizing spread and inventory under varying market conditions.
<\/li> - Strong programming skills in Python, with high level knowledge of building high performance, low latency trading systems.
<\/li> - Familiarity with blockchain protocols, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems.
<\/li> - Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast -paced environment.
