About the role: 

We are seeking a talented Graduate DeFi Developer to join our innovative team and help shape the future of decentralized finance. In this role, you will contribute to building cutting-edge risk management, position monitoring, and trade execution systems within our comprehensive DeFi technology stack.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain risk management systems for DeFi protocols
• Build robust position monitoring tools and dashboards
• Implement automated trade execution systems with high reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable DeFi solutions
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain high development standards
• Stay current with emerging DeFi protocols and blockchain technologies

Required Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Strong programming proficiency in Python
• Demonstrated passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance
• Understanding of fundamental software engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with Java or Rust programming languages
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Aave, Compound, etc.)
• Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks
• Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of database systems and API development
