Opportunity

The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the office while fostering an efficient and engaging work environment. As part of the Global Operations team, the Office Manager role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage daily office functions, and a proactive approach to improving office operations. In addition to overseeing workplace logistics, the Office Manager takes the lead in organizing and coordinating events, both internally for employees and externally for corporate engagements, where clear and effective communication is central to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring smooth daily operations and a well-functioning work environment.

  • Develop and implement office management standards, governance, and reporting processes, including budgeting and cost management.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with office service providers and suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.

  • Collaborate with regional People Operations managers and business functional leaders to ensure office operations align with company objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace regulations by implementing and maintaining Health and Safety standards in alignment with local laws and cultural norms, while also providing regular wellness office updates to enhance awareness and promote a safe, supportive work environment.

  • Manage office communications, and ensure clear and timely information is shared with employees regarding office policies, updates, and initiatives.

  • Drive workplace engagement by organizing office-wide initiatives, events, and activities that enhance employee experience.

  • Oversee new hire onboarding logistics and employee departures in coordination with HR and IT.

  • Manage office administration tasks, including facilities management, security access, equipment procurement, invoicing, and overall office upkeep.

  • Coordinate with the IT and Security team to ensure proper workplace setup, office infrastructure, and business continuity.

Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience with 10+ years in office management, administration, or a related role.

  • Proven ability to manage office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in project management, balancing strategic initiatives with daily operational tasks.

  • Experience in end-to-end event management, encompassing a diverse range of company events and strategic initiatives.

  • Skilled at prioritizing and handling ad-hoc requests in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Exceptionally organized and experienced in cross-team, geographic, and functional communication.

  • Strong collaborator, working with teams, partners, and vendors to implement initiatives, ensuring clear communication, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

  • Self-motivated problem solver with high ethical standards, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, able to navigate complex scenarios.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to advise and influence internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Native or fluent in English; Any additional language skills are a bonus.
